Pine Hill Festival Vendor Applications Now Live

Calling all artisans, creators and food vendors! Stone County’s Annual Pine Hill Festival is now accepting vendor applications for this year’s event in Downtown Wiggins. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your products to festival-goers while enjoying a lively community celebration. Non-food vendor spaces measure 10’ x 12’, while food vendor spaces are 10’ x 24’. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including canopies, tables and chairs, and must follow all festival policies regarding booth maintenance, security and tear-down procedures.

Food vendors must meet specific requirements, including securing liability insurance and submitting an accurate menu for review. All vendors must check in on time and adhere to festival guidelines, including proper waste disposal and booth cleanliness. The festival will take place rain or shine, and payments are non-refundable. If you’re interested in participating, be sure to submit your completed application and payment as soon as possible—food vendors are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis!
