Founded in 2005 by Rick Carter, Black Jack Ranch in Wiggins has grown from a family operation into one of the country’s premier Wagyu and Angus programs. The ranch raises grass-fed, grain-finished cattle with care and produces the rich marbling, tenderness and flavor that set its beef apart. Home to more than 400 head of cattle and elite bloodlines recognized around the world, Black Jack Ranch combines trusted breeding practices with a deep commitment to stewardship and quality. Visitors can also stop by the farm store for fresh-baked goods, housemade dips, tallow soaps and ranch-raised beef or grab one of the ranch’s signature smashburgers from the food truck. Every part of the ranch reflects a dedication to the land, the animals and the families it serves.
